1. Who is responsible

Soluciones Nautilus, S.A. de C.V., which provides the Parivant service, with address at [address pending], is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

This notice covers this website, its forms and ParivantBot.

2. Data we process

  • Forms on this site: name, email address, your business website, your message and the record of your consent (date and time).
  • ParivantBot: public information from a tour operator's website, including the business contact details that site publishes (for example email, phone or WhatsApp) and, if the site shows it, the contact person's name. Details on ParivantBot.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data or for financial or bank details.

3. What we use it for

Necessary purposes:

  • Replying to your messages and booking calls.
  • Preparing and sending you the free audit of your website.
  • Meeting legal obligations.

Additional purposes (you can say no without affecting the above):

  • Sending you information about our services, including a report on your site that you did not ask for. Every email has a one-click link to stop receiving them.

To say no to the additional purposes, use that link or write to us (section 5).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We transfer it to third parties only when the law requires it or allows it without your consent.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use (ARCO rights), withdraw your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

Send your request to [privacy email pending] or through the contact form, with your name, a way to reply to you, a document proving your identity (or your representative's), and which data and which right you want to exercise. We will reply within the time limits set by law.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting provider may log technical data of each visit (such as IP address and browser) in its server logs.

7. Changes to this notice

We will publish any change on this page, with its date.

8. Authority
